Polyvinylalkohol PVA 1788 Blatt; geruchlos, l\u00f6slich in Wasser bei 60-80\u00b0C. Seine w\u00e4ssrige L\u00f6sung hat gute Haft-, Filmbildungs- und Emulgiereigenschaften; er ist best\u00e4ndig gegen die meisten organischen L\u00f6sungsmittel wie \u00d6le, Schmiermittel und Kohlenwasserstoffe; er hat chemische Eigenschaften wie Veresterung, Veretherung und Acetalisierung von langkettigen Polyolen.<\/p>\n

  1. Filmbildende Eigenschaft: PVA 1788 l\u00e4sst sich leicht zu einem Film verarbeiten, und der Film hat ausgezeichnete mechanische Eigenschaften. Die Zugfestigkeit des Films steigt mit der Erh\u00f6hung des Polymerisationsgrads und des Alkoholisierungsgrads.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Adh\u00e4sion: PVA 1788 haftet gut an hydrophiler Zellulose. Im Allgemeinen gilt: Je h\u00f6her der Polymerisations- und Alkoholysegrad, desto st\u00e4rker die Haftfestigkeit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Thermische Stabilit\u00e4t: Wenn die PVA 1788-Folie auf etwa 100 \u2103 erhitzt wird, \u00e4ndert sich ihr Aussehen allm\u00e4hlich. Das teilweise alkoholisierte PVA beginnt bei etwa 190 \u00b0C zu schmelzen und zersetzt sich bei 200 \u00b0C. Vollst\u00e4ndig alkoholisiertes PVA beginnt bei etwa 230 \u00b0C zu schmelzen und zersetzt sich bei 240 \u00b0C. Thermische Crackversuche zeigen, dass der Gewichtsverlust umso schneller erfolgt, je niedriger der Polymerisationsgrad ist; je h\u00f6her der Alkoholisierungsgrad ist, desto k\u00fcrzer ist die Zersetzungszeit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
