Die neue Generation von wasserreduzierenden Mitteln, Hochleistungswasserreduzierer auf Polycarboxylatbasis, die sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland viel Aufmerksamkeit erregt haben, haben eine effektive Molekularstruktur auf der Grundlage des Mechanismus der dispergierten Zementwirkung erreicht. Sie haben einen superdispersen Typ und k\u00f6nnen den Setzverlust des Betons verhindern, ohne eine signifikante Verz\u00f6gerung zu verursachen. Sie haben einen hohen Plastifizierungseffekt bei niedriger Dosierung, eine gute Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit, einen gro\u00dfen Freiheitsgrad f\u00fcr die Anpassung des Zements an eine breite Molekularstruktur, vielf\u00e4ltige Synthesetechnologien und viel Raum f\u00fcr eine leistungsstarke Entwicklung. In China wurden wasserreduzierende Mittel auf Polycarboxylatbasis nur bei gro\u00dfen Wasserschutz-, Br\u00fccken-, Kernkraft- und Eisenbahnprojekten wie dem Drei-Schluchten-Damm, der Sutong-Br\u00fccke, dem Kernkraftwerk Tianwan und der Hochgeschwindigkeitseisenbahn Peking-Shanghai erfolgreich eingesetzt und haben dabei beachtliche Ergebnisse erzielt.<\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig haben Polycarboxylat-Wasserreduktionsmittel auch einige Probleme:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Unzureichende Kollapsfestigkeit in Umgebungen mit hohen Temperaturen;<\/p>\n

2. Starke Temperaturempfindlichkeit, die gleiche Art von Polycarboxylat Wasser Reduktionsmittel hat einen signifikanten Unterschied in der slump Widerstand von Beton, wenn in verschiedenen Jahreszeiten gebaut;<\/p>\n
