JOYFORCE Polyvinylalkohol (PVA, PVOH) bietet eine sch\u00fctzende Beschichtung f\u00fcr Spinn- und Filamentgarne, erm\u00f6glicht au\u00dferdem das Entschlichten von Garnen in hei\u00dfem Wasser und ist effektiver als St\u00e4rke. Die ausgezeichneten Filmbildungseigenschaften bieten Schutzbeschichtungen f\u00fcr Spinn- und Filamentgarne und sind dennoch robust genug, um sie abriebfest zu machen. JOYFORCE Polyvinylalkohol (PVA, PVOH) PVA ist derzeit eines der effizientesten synthetischen Schlichtemittel f\u00fcr Kettpasten mit folgenden Vorteilen:<\/p>\n

1) In Textilfabriken muss der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt des St\u00e4rkekleisters 80-85% betragen, w\u00e4hrend der Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der PVA-Slurry-Mischung nur 70-75% betr\u00e4gt, was eine Verbesserung der Betriebsumgebung und der Produktionseffizienz erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

2) Um die Entschlichtung beim Schlichten und Weben zu reduzieren und die Anlage sauber zu halten, sind PVA-Serien mit mittlerem Polymerisationsgrad geeignet.<\/p>\n

3) Die PVA-Membran hat eine gute Schlichtewirkung. Aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Druckbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Gl\u00e4tte, Abriebfestigkeit und Haftung an Fasern kann sie die Webbarkeit von hochwertigen Textilien mit hoher Dichte verbessern.<\/p>\n

4) PVA-Schlamm ist nicht leicht zu korrodieren, die Viskosit\u00e4t \u00e4ndert sich nicht nach langer Zeit Heizung, und es ist nicht leicht zu degradieren, die die Stabilit\u00e4t des Schlamms gew\u00e4hrleistet und reduziert die harte Paste Punkt.<\/p>\n
