Por ejemplo: despu\u00e9s de estirar 48 veces el hilo de gelatina hilado con una mezcla de disolvente dimetilsulf\u00f3xido\/agua (8\/2), se obtiene una fibra con una resistencia de 21,36cN\/dtex. Se pueden obtener fibras de alcohol polivin\u00edlico de alta resistencia y alto m\u00f3dulo con una resistencia de 39cN\/dtex y un m\u00f3dulo de 925,6cN\/dtex mediante hilado en gelatina a partir de alcohol polivin\u00edlico sindiot\u00e1ctico con un grado de polimerizaci\u00f3n ultraalto. La resistencia del filamento de alcohol polivin\u00edlico superresistente obtenido mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de hilado en gelatina de la empresa japonesa Kuraray alcanza los 18cN\/dtex.
