Tratar la celulosa de algod\u00f3n refinada con soluci\u00f3n alcalina a 35-40\u00b0C durante media hora, prensar, pulverizar la celulosa y envejecer adecuadamente a 35\u00b0C, de modo que el grado medio de polimerizaci\u00f3n de la fibra alcalina obtenida est\u00e9 dentro del rango requerido. Poner la fibra alcalina en la caldera de eterificaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir \u00f3xido de propileno y cloruro de metilo sucesivamente, y eterificar a 50-80\u2103 durante 5h, la presi\u00f3n m\u00e1xima es de aproximadamente 1,8MPa. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adir una cantidad apropiada de \u00e1cido clorh\u00eddrico y \u00e1cido ox\u00e1lico al agua caliente a 90 \u00b0 C para lavar el material para ampliar el volumen.
