PVA 88-150

PVA 88-150 is an ultra-high molecular weight modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) with an alcoholysis degree of 88.0 mole%. It is designed as a dispersant and sizing agent specifically for textile sizing processing and is a high-quality special polymer. It has good dispersibility, permeability and adhesion, and is suitable for the preparation of high-concentration and low-viscosity polyvinyl alcohol solutions. The yarn film is soft, smooth and elastic, and the yarn film has high wear resistance and good heat resistance stability.

Applications & Features

After configuration during sizing, an ultra-high concentration PVOH solution can be obtained, which can greatly reduce the amount of PVA added in the sizing formula.
Highly compatible with starch, it can be used as a stabilizer for starch sizing.
Has extremely high permeability and yarn adsorption for various fibers and blended yarns.
Improves the toughness and strength of the yarn, and the sizing film is smooth, highly wear-resistant, hygroscopic, and easy to split.
The degree of alcoholysis is 88.0±1.5mole%, which is more soluble in water and saves steam.
The yarn weaving warp breakage rate is low, which improves the efficiency of the cloth loom.
Can be used in traditional sizing processes as well as new processes for energy saving and consumption reduction. No matter what process, it can reduce costs and improve production efficiency.

Packaging

20kg or 25kg per kraft bag, 18mt per 20ft container or 26mt per 40ft container.

Storage

The product should be stored indoors where is dry and well ventilated and stored separately based on the lot numbers. The room temperature will be better between 5-30℃. Keep away from heat resources, moisture and exposure of sunshine. Storing together with volatile chemicals should be strictly prohibited so as to avoid exchanges of the characteristics from absorption.
