L'ajout de fibres PVA au b\u00e9ton de ciment (ou au mortier) permet de contr\u00f4ler efficacement les fissures caus\u00e9es par le retrait plastique et les changements de temp\u00e9rature dans le b\u00e9ton (ou le mortier), de pr\u00e9venir et d'inhiber la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement de fissures et d'am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la flexion et la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs du b\u00e9ton. Il peut am\u00e9liorer efficacement l'imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs et la r\u00e9sistance aux tremblements de terre du b\u00e9ton.
