Karakteristik dasar dari\u00a0alkohol polivinil<\/a><\/p>\n

(1) Viskositas: Viskositasnya bervariasi dengan variasi, konsentrasi dan suhu. Seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi, nilai viskositas meningkat secara tajam; seiring dengan meningkatnya suhu, viskositas menurun secara signifikan.<\/p>\n

(2) Daya rekat:\u00a0Polivinil alkohol<\/a>\u00a0memiliki daya rekat yang kuat pada bahan permukaan berpori hidrofilik, seperti kertas, tekstil, kayu, beton, mortar, serta permukaan yang halus dan tidak menyerap.<\/p>\n

(3) Sifat pembentuk film: Dapat membentuk film fleksibel yang lebih baik, dan kekuatan mekanis\u00a0alkohol polivinil<\/a>\u00a0dapat disesuaikan dengan pemlastis.<\/p>\n

(4) Kedap gas: Setelahalkohol polivinil<\/a>\u00a0dibentuk menjadi film, sangat kedap terhadap banyak gas, terutama oksigen, karbon dioksida, hidrogen, helium, hidrogen sulfida, dan sebagainya. Tetapi untuk klorin dan uap air, permeabilitas gasnya tinggi, dan gas tersebut memiliki tingkat kelolosan yang tinggi untuk polivinil alkohol.<\/p>\n

(5) Ketahanan kimiawi: Memiliki ketahanan korosi yang tinggi terhadap kalsium hidroksida, asam asetat, sebagian besar asam anorganik, natrium nitrat, aluminium klorida, kalsium klorida, kalsium karbonat, natrium sulfat, dan kalium sulfat.<\/p>\n

(6) Kelarutan dalam air: Kelarutan dari\u00a0alkohol polivinil<\/a>\u00a0berkaitan erat dengan tingkat alkoholisis produk. Produk dengan derajat alkoholisis 87% hingga 89% memiliki kelarutan dalam air yang baik, seperti\u00a0alkohol polivinil<\/a>\u00a0PVA24-88, yang memiliki tingkat alkoholisis 88%, dan dapat dilarutkan dengan baik dalam air dingin maupun air panas. Dalam produksi aktual, penggunaan air panas dapat mempercepat laju pelarutan. Produk dengan derajat alkoholisis di atas 90% hanya dapat dilarutkan dalam air panas pada suhu 95\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
