Rawat selulosa kapas yang dimurnikan dengan larutan alkali pada suhu 35-40 \u00b0 C selama setengah jam, tekan, hancurkan selulosa, dan usia dengan benar pada suhu 35 \u00b0 C, sehingga tingkat polimerisasi rata-rata serat alkali yang diperoleh berada dalam kisaran yang diperlukan. Masukkan serat alkali ke dalam ketel eterifikasi, tambahkan propilen oksida dan metil klorida secara bergantian, dan eterifikasi pada suhu 50-80 \u2103 selama 5 jam, tekanan maksimum sekitar 1,8MPa. Kemudian tambahkan asam klorida dan asam oksalat dalam jumlah yang sesuai ke dalam air panas pada suhu 90 \u00b0 C untuk mencuci bahan untuk memperbesar volume.
