PVA 1099

Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) 1099 is a water soluble and biodegradable synthetic polymer. It is a dry solid, and is available in granule and powdered forms. It is an excellent adhesive with superior bonding strength, film forming and emulsifying properties. The film of PVA exhibits outstanding resistance to oil, grease and solvents. In addition to its film forming property, it has excellent adhesion to both hydrophilic and hydrophobic materials. PVA has been extensively used in textile industry for warp sizing and resin finishing; in paper industry for surface sizing and pigment coating; in the production of PVAc emulsion as protective colloid; in the suspension polymerization of PVC as a dispersion agent; as binder for ceramics, magnet, foundry cores and pigments.

Application :

Emballage en papier kraft avec film plastique à l'intérieur, 20kg/25kg par sac, ou sac tissé 500KG par sac.

Stockage :

Les produits doivent être stockés à l'intérieur, à une température ambiante de 5-30℃, dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Garder à l'écart de l'électricité, éviter l'humidité, et éviter l'exposition au soleil. Il est strictement interdit de stocker avec des produits chimiques volatils pour éviter la détérioration de l'adsorption.

Transport :

Lors du transport, des véhicules propres sont nécessaires, il faut veiller à éviter l'humidité, la pluie et la protection solaire. Manipuler avec précaution pour éviter d'endommager l'emballage. Il est strictement interdit de stocker le produit avec des produits chimiques volatils afin d'éviter la détérioration par adsorption.
