水溶性 PVA 纤维是一种仿棉合成纤维，广泛应用于农业、轻工、纺织、军事、医疗等领域。水溶性 PVA 纤维具有满意的溶解温度、强度、伸长率和良好的耐酸、耐碱、耐干、耐热性能。而且溶于水后无臭、无毒，溶剂无色透明，短时间内可全国降解，不会对环境造成污染，是 100% 绿色产品。
Water Soluble PVA fiber is the fiber which is made from PVA by wet spinning, heat treatment, warm curl and put oil. The product has good physical and mechanical properties, it resist corrosion, resist acid and bases and it has good dry heat stability, its best feature is it can dissolve in the water which is 86～95℃.
应用
As the only textile material which can be dissolve in water in the world, water soluble PVA fiber is used widely in textile, medical treatment, package, paper, it has a wide domestic and international market prospect.
The best property of our fiber is with low glauber’s salt, the product is used widely in degradable environmental product, embroidery backing cloth, high count cloth, non-twist fabric.
The product has good chemical resistance, bacteria repellency, anti-sunlight resistance, good disperse, it can be widely used in paper, sanitary towel, facial tissue, grow seedlings paper, napkin paper, planchette paper, wallpaper, lens cleaning paper, sew paper (cloth), adhesive plaster paper, battery diaphragm paper, tea package paper, package, chef’s hat paper, vacuum bag paper, one-time sanitary product paper and fiber proof-material, ceramics etc.
